Hello,

I was born on the Island and now live in Shanklin.

I feel I have grown to love the Island more since I have taken up Photography. I look at it through different eyes and see more than ever before. The complex colours of the sea, the greens and blues of the countryside.  The ever changing sea and pattens in the sand.  The night sky and moonlit scenes bring another type of magic and inspire me to go out and find the stars and try to capture the beauty of the Island under the night sky. One of the most memorable times was to be out in the early hours when it had snowed and Orion was shining brightly and there was not a sound to be heard.  The scene was beautiful and impossible to capture.  If I can bring a little of that magic to you then my job is done.
